This is a review of All Whey Protein by AllMax Nutrition by Steven Sidorski and the flavour is chocolate.

It tastes great whether you mix it with soy milk or regular milk but if you want to mix with just water or juice than you would be better off getting a fruit flavour in my humble opinion. The taste resembles hot chocolate but it is probably best served cold. Go ahead and give it a try to heat up your mixture as warm milk has natural benefits for those trying to fall asleep.

For the lifters who like to measure themselves every day, this supplement will be awesome for you because you should actually notice a large difference in everything and in a short amount of time. If you take it before workouts, you should be able to lift more than your normally would because this stuff really fires my muscles up prior to workout!
