Dragon Gym teaches all new concepts in weightlifting training specifically designed for the serious athlete whose goals are to become a champion or pro athlete.
The main principal to our training concepts are to layer and then thicken muscle instead of tearing it. This allows consistent muscle fiber development throughout the body without the possibility of tearing or injuring connective muscle tissue. It also eliminates plateaus. We specialize in injury prevention and muscle isolation through meditation and new concepts in weightlifting and positions etc. At Dragon Gym you are taught one on one.
