Mix one scoop per 8 ounces of water or milk. For those with lower protein needs, one half scoop may consumed with 4 ounces of water or milk. Consume Nectar Sweets two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember the best times to supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity such as weight training and prior to sleep.

I used sample/single serving packets. I sampled the chocolate truffle and apple ecstasy flavours. My taste review of each is as follows:
Chocolate Truffle: I sampled this flavour in 1% milk. It exhibited what I would describe as a light chocolate taste, kind of like a watered down glass of chocolate milk. However, had I used less milk, Iím sure I would have been able to achieve a thicker chocolate taste, which to me would have been a more desirable taste. Therefore, I award this flavour a 7/10 for taste.
Apple Ecstasy: I sampled this flavour in water. It exhibited what I would describe as a light tangy apple taste. Most exotically flavoured (something other than a form of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry) proteins end up tasting pretty brutal. However, I was pleasantly surprised after tasting this flavour, especially because it has 0 sugar and 0 fat! Therefore, I award this flavour an 8.5/10 for taste.
For the chocolate truffle flavour, I used a blender to mix it. This particular protein is an isolate, which in most cases means that it blends fairly easy, often with just a spoon. However, with this product, although most of the powder mixed in, it was not a complete mix, as some of it stuck to the sides of the blender. For the apple ecstasy flavour, I found that it foamed up pretty intensely after I shook it and I was forced to add more water to salvage the protein that was left behind. This action of course led to a watered down taste, which was very undesirable to finish off with. Therefore I award Syntrax Nectar Sweets a 5/10 mixability/texture.
Just as you can expect with any protein supplement review, it is difficult to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the product in the short term. The reason being, unlike creatine and pre-workout amplifiers there is no significant effect. The purpose of protein is to either get extra calories in your diet or to be used as a meal-replacement on the go. Also, protein supplementation may be used in place of an unhealthy meal, which would be detrimental to any individual seeking an improved physique. Since I began working out, protein shakes have been a part of my daily diet. The convenience of a protein shake is too good to not take advantage of, when it is so readily available and pleasurably convenient.
Just as I noted above, as far as taste goes, I wasnít really impressed. Nevertheless, the taste was pretty good. Some positives that should be noted are Syntrax Nectar Sweets ingredients. You can expect a mere 1 gram of fat, 1 gram of carbs and 0 grams of sugar, while at the same time getting 23 grams of protein per scoop. Now, this is good news if you are trying to limit your fat and carb intake. Also, 23 grams of protein per scoop is fairly high, so that is good news. Furthermore, Syntrax Nectar Sweets is a mere 100 calories, so if your looking to lower your overall calorie input, this may be a good choice. Also, considering this is a whey protein isolate, rather than just a whey, you would expect that it would be, as isolates usually are, substantially more expensive. However, I found that Syntrax Nectar Sweets was reasonably priced. Therefore, in light of all this information, I award Syntrax Nectar Sweets a 5.5/10 for an overall review.
